Civil Engineer

We are enjoying strong and sustained growth in our coastal, public open spaces and active transport portfolios and are seeking a skilled and ambitious Civil Engineer to join our project design and delivery consultancy.

You will become an integral part of the team with a focus on engineering design and acting as ‘Engineer’s Representative’ on a diverse range of public infrastructure projects ranging from seawalls and marinas, retaining walls, bridges and boardwalks, roads and car parks, playgrounds and sports fields.

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will possess the following:-

A recognised NZ tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering.
2+ years experience in a consultancy environment.
Strong proficiency in civil and geotechnical design.
Coastal design experience is preferable although training can be provided.
Ability to use initiative and work independently as well as part of the project team.
Solid reputation and standing in the NZ civil engineering environment.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
