Day to day, you will be working closely alongside our civil engineers, project managers and wider team of professionals. ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying
• 5-10+ years’ experience within a NZ consultancy or civil works contractor.
• Demonstrate commercial acumen.
• In-depth working knowledge of NZS3910
• The ability to interpret drawings/project plans accurately
• Experience across a range of civil infrastructure projects is preferred with particular QS competency within earthworks, drainage, pavement, retaining walls, timber and steel structures, concrete and landscaping.
• A sound track record and standing with public sector projects, standards and local authority engineering approvals and building consents
• Proven management and leadership skills to provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team
• Working knowledge and familiarity with New Zealand standards and Local Authority regulations.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Must be a NZ permanent resident or NZ Citizen.
