In 2017, the retaining wall for St Anne’s Hall carpark in Browns Bay failed. As a result, part of the carpark had to be cordoned off, restricting usability for hall users. Urban Solutions was engaged in late 2018 to prepare tender documentation, project manage and provide construction supervision of these works.
The works included renewal of the failed retaining wall, carpark remediation and renewal of the balustrade to tie into existing.
The carpark has now been reopened and provides the community with full of the carpark once again.
